Terms & Conditions

Please note there is a surcharge of 3.5% charged (non-refundable) on total cost. In case of cancellation by either party at any point in time; the card surcharge of 3.5% and a booking fee of FJD4.01 per person remains non-refundable. 

The transaction will be narrated as Alizes ltd or CLOUD 9.

Refundable: up to 24 hours before departure 

Non-refundable: within 24 hours of travel
